Our Service Commitment
The purpose of the document is to outline our general terms of reference and the different IT services which we provide and not to detail our Terms and Conditions (elsewhere on our web site) for each service that we provide.
The Company is a Licensed Telecommunications Operator, Other Local Operator (OLO) and hence we are obliged to outline for the benefit of our customers and potential customers how we will interface with them in overall terms.
We are committed to provide our customers with the highest level of service and support endeavouring to exceed expectations where possible.
We are unique in terms of a telecommunications provider. We provide business solutions along with the communications infrastructure, technical support and user support. We provide IT and telecommunications services in the Republic of Ireland, United States of America, Germany, Benelux countries and the United Kingdom.
When you deal with us we provide you with a single point of contact and seamless service regardless of which country you require the service to be delivered.
We work directly with Local Government, Health Boards, Legal and Finance Houses, Education Authorities, Enterprises, Local Businesses and other telecommunications providers.
